Please try reinstalling the software to see if it resolves the problem, in the past these exact steps have proved to be successful:
  1. Unplug the TitanOne dongle from the USB port.
  2. Go to Programs and Features and uninstall all Avolites software.
    • Start by uninstalling “Titan PC Suite 6.1” which should uninstall all Avolites Titan components.
    • The complete list of software can be found here.
  3. Reboot the computer.
  4. Install the latest version of the Titan PC Suite software.
  5. Reboot the computer.
  6. Plug in the TitanOne dongle.
  7. Start the TitanOne software.
If problems persist, the following information will help to diagnose the problem:
  • From the Start Menu, (if running Windows XP select Run) type in devmgmt.msc and press the Return key to open Device Manager. Check whether you can see the following 2 devices under the Avolites category and that none of them have an exclamation mark shown next to them.

  • From the Start Menu, (if running Windows XP select Run) type in services.msc and press the Return key. This should display a window similar to the one shown below. Please check whether there is an entry in the list for Avolites Expert Usb.
