Is the touch function working ok on the external display generally (ie. without T1)?

I have heard of one other case where it turned out that the touchscreen driver was interfering with the normal operation of the Titan software. In that case it transpired that it would make other applications written using the .NET Framework to become unstable, this includes applications such as Nero 9. Unfortunately without having the touchscreen in front of me, it is difficult to know if this is actually the case in this instance.

I would suggest that you look at the configuration settings for the touchscreen and see if there are any options to switch to single touch or basic operation mode. Alternatively see if there is a newer or alternative driver that may work better or provide more options.

Just for fun, have you tried to set your dell monitor as monitor 1 in windows?
That would make Titan start on that screen. Don't know if it helps but could be worth a try?
