Is TitanOne (and by extension, Titan v.6.1) compatible with Windows 8? Or will that need to wait for Titan v.6.2?

The TitanOne dongle has been tried successfully to output DMX on a Windows 8 machine in the office. As described in the installation notes you will need to ensure that the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is installed before you can install the Titan software.

Hi, will there be any support for Win 8 RT? I'm very tempted by the surface solution but as yet no support......

Will Titan support multitouch in the future?

We have invested a considerable amount of time into looking at multi touch and at this time we do not feel it is suitable or reliable enough to be used in a lighting console. The main area of concern is the delay incurred while you wait to see what gesture the user is doing.

On a phone or PC that delay is acceptable but on a live, real time lighting console it is our view that any delay is unacceptable.

Please be assured that as new technologies come along we will investigate them.
