What exactly is the problem with it? From what I can see, it works. The only thing is the same issue like in Simulator/consoles with 6.0: the Demo Show has outdated personalities - thus the locate values for the Robe spots are not correct.

Did you use the context button in the title bar of the visualiser window?

There you can also toggle to 'design mode', and load a theatre.

Wow, that's really weird. At least I haven't heard about such an issue before. So, does the visualiser window open at all?

- which version do you use? 6.0 or 6.1?
- what is you operating system?
- did you install the entire PC suite, with Titan Mobile and Simulator, or did you deselect all except Titan One?
- can you access the Visualiser from within Titan Simulator?
- close all Titan programs, and try to start the Visualiser as a standalone program (hit the Windows key and type 'vis' in the searchbox, or find it at All Programs -> Avolites -> Visualiser -> Visualiser)

I suspect this could be similar to the issue on some consoles where the visualiser dialog box is opening on a different screen. After clicking on the 'open' button try using alt+tab to see if there is a visualiser task running that you cannot see.
