Re-order Tracks & Cues in timeline

Currently, I'm working on a timeline (in version 17.1), however I would like to rearrange the order of tracks and cues in the timeline view.

Somehow, if I try to add new cues to a track in the timeline, they will always be added at the bottom of the track. However, sometimes I would like to add new cues in between other cues.

I tried to find out in the manual how to move cues up/down in the timeline view, but was not able to find out how to do this, therefore hopefully one of you could help out.
