Hi, this might seem very silly but I just installed Avolites Titan PC Suite using an AvoKey but I can't for the life of me work out how to run the program. There was no icon added and I've been into every folder that has been created and ran every .exe file but nonw of them have opened the user interface.
How do I run the software?
Thanks
Graham
How to open the program?

Re: How to open the program?
The normal application to run is called Titan Go there should be a shortcut to it in the Start Menu under the sub-menu Avolites. It will start the other required applications automatically.
Re: How to open the program?
Hi Greory,
great start thanks.
HOwever, it then tries to make sure everything is in order and tries to export a file that I need to upload and get registered.
I get a file write error. >>> "Failed to write token file"
I've tried multiple times in multiple locations, even in to the Avolites installation folder, also using "Run As Admin" option and I get the same problem again and again.
Any ideas?
Many thanks
Graham

Re: How to open the program?
Was AvoKey you have bought to pair with an existing Titan Mobile or is it an Editor AvoKey? If it is the former you should make sure that both AvoKey and Titan Mobile and use Authenticator to pair the two and get the AvoKey licensed; if it is the latter it should come pre-licensed for one universe.
If you are unable to export a token it might be best to open a support ticket and provide a copy of your log files using Log Collector (should also be in the Start Menu). It will create a zip which can either be attached to the ticket or uploaded to a site like WeTransfer and provide a link.
