Trying to reapply for a full license and keep getting Submission Failed.
I've been successful in getting a temporary license running and can use the program again. To get the token file for a full lisence I've been following "If the console is running with a temporary licence go to System and select Enter New Licence from the softkeys." instructions.
I save the token file, copy it to a usb drive (the computer Titan One is on doesn't have wireless internet card in it). Then submit the token file on my computer with internet access. Also tried using the token file from the Titan/Token folder, that didn't seem to work either.
What's the correct order of button presses to get a full license for Titan One when the program is installed with a temporary license on a computer with no internet access?
Here is the error copy and pasted:
Submission Failed
It was not possible to submit your licence request to the server, please check the details below then retry your request.
Incomplete information in token file. Please ensure that Avolites hardware is connected and not in boot mode then export the token file again.
The status of the hardware can be checked by opening USB Expert Console and confirming that all the Connected Panels are shown with green icons. If a panel is in boot mode, select it, go to the Service and click the Exit Boot button.
If you require further assistance, please email TitanLicensing@avolites.com for support.

Re: Token file Incomplete - Submission Failed
If you haven't already try just exporting the token file again from System mode. If that doesn't work, please open USB Expert Console from the Start Menu and check that the TitanOne is visible in the Connected Panels list.
