Saving Fixture Macros?

I am using some Elation ELAR EX Tri-Bars and they have a channel that I am trying to save that is called "Macros" but I cannot save it anywhere and the only was I can access it is through the attribute editor. I really have no idea what I'm doing and could really use some help

In this fixture the 'Macros' attribute is assigned to the 'Special' group. To control by wheel select the [S] attribute group button. To record to a playback either ensure the fixture is in the programmer when recording by fixture (default) or that the attribute is in the programmer when recording by channel. When recording palettes using quick record the special group will automatically filter to the Gobos and Beams workspace, so to record as a palette that way double-click on an empty handle in the gobos and beams workspace. Alternatively you can record as a palette to any palette workspace via the record palette menu (Palette key/[Record palette]/select empty handle).
