Mode 2 as Pearl 2008

Hello,
I have a little aknowledge about use the Pearl 2008 and when I record a playback the console give me 2 options: "Mode 0" and "Mode 2".
Somebody knows how can I do this on Titan One?? To launch a playback with a fader but it go slowly to the final position.

Edit Times from the left side of the screen. Then select the fader and on the left side you can choose from modes
