dmx out problem

Hai to alll am 4m India i have a problem with my tittan one consol that it not getting dmx out 4m its conetter many way i trid to controll a single rgb led par pathed in dimmer but no working when i try with another 1 that usb dongle work well only 3 days let that i purchase this new dongle will any 1 help me plz

Please ensure that you have assigned TitanOne in DMX Output Settings and have some fixtures patched on that line. After doing this, if it is still not outputting then restart the software.

Tnx sir i did it all but still same issu when i tried with another 1 its working will dealer provide replacement ther no dmx indication on fixture wile i conecting that usb dongle if i re conect with other 1 it shows the dmx signal on it
