DONGLE NOT FOUND 8.0

hello just upgraded to 8.0. on start up getting message dongle not found. followed steps in troubleshooting topic. Drivers installed and service is for USB service started. Tried different usb ports, no success. Win 7 laptop. :(

Which version had you running before upgrading to 8.0?
What doas Titan Health Check say?
Try starting USB Expert manually, then: 'Tools -> ACW-Service -> Start'. Does the Titan One dongle come up in the left pane?

it was 7.0
in USB expert dongle is present in left pane.(Titan One Dmx Panel 1 )
in right pane under info say status NORMAL
how you start titan health check in this condition?

If you switch to the Service tab in USB Expert Console you should see an update for the TitanOne. The firmware was updated in v7.3 and is required for that software version and later. There is an update button in the Service tab which will perform the update for you.

Thanks, updated. now it is asking to activate it.
usually i use it on 2 machines. One desk top with 4 monitors attached.
Do i need to activate it for each computer?

Yes, you need another licence. Each licence is valid for one precise combination of dongle and computer. However, there isn't a problem to get two or three licences (I guess as long as it's within reasonable limits - when you licence the same unit a hundred times, probably someone will ask)

Hi All,
Where will I find a 32bit version of the software? I need the x 86 32bit version of the windriver/dpinst.exe in the folder it only shows a pdf file?????

please help.

The USB Expert drivers for Titan v8.0 in the Troubleshooting post are suitable for both 32bit and 64bit machines. Where installation is not possible using the standard USB Expert installer you should use the options in Device Manager to automatically search the directory you have extracted to for the drivers it needs. You should not use dpinst.exe to try and install the drivers.
