Hello.
A long time ago I created personalities.
These personalities were not working in Capture, I have solved this by adding Type ID and Mode ID (copy / paste from original personalities).
I have also been able to copy / paste Thumbnail so that the image is shown to be patched.
Now I would like to see Swatch Image for gobos displayed.
This I have not been able to do ...
Any solution?.
Thanks!!

Re: Updating my personalities
In the latest release version of Personality Builder (v3.2) swatch images can be added in function properties by expanding the 'SwatchImage' section, clicking in the 'File' field and selecting the [...] that appears on the right-hand side which will reveal a file dialog where you can choose the image. Images should be png format.
Re: Updating my personalities
Thanks for your answer.
Three questions:
What type of image file do you recommend?
The Swachimage, is it saved in the console or in the personality file ?.
Can I extract or import these Swatchimages from original personality files ?.
Thanks a lot!!

They are saved in the personality file.
It is not currently possible to extract images from existing personality files.

Re: Updating my personalities
I don't think there are any particular restrictions but it is sensible to keep the filesize as small as possible.
For factory gobos I use 152x152px, 32bit colour depth and average 10kB per image although if there is a lot of detail and/or colour this can increase to around 20kB. Preferably (for a typical metal or single colour gobo) the gobo itself will be circular with the area outside the circle transparent, the area inside the circle that blocks light in black and the area inside the circle that allows light in white. For multi-colour gobos the area inside the circle will be the colours as transmitted.

Re: Updating my personalities
This is great effort ...
Surely you have a lot of gobos already made ...
Is there a possibility that you shared gobos for my fixtures?

Re: Updating my personalities
Unfortunately that is not possible. If you submit a request for a personality for a fixture to be added to the factory library then, where appropriate, this will include gobo images if the documentation is sufficient (note photographs of gobos cannot be used).
Re: Updating my personalities
OK, thanks.
