Hi,

When building a new cache for my older Pearl, I go to the folder that contains the personalities and a list comes up. SOME manufacturers are listed but not all. I have a load of FOS moving heads and none of these come up with a manufacturer name - it just states: "Unknown". Is there an easy way to change the source files so that it will list the manufacturer name? I looked in the R20 files themselves and they all list the manufacturer so where does this info come from?

Unfortunately the Classic software has a limit on the number of manufacturer's it can support. When it was originally written I don't think anyone envisaged this not being enough but unfortunately it has now been far exceeded. How they appear when patching varies depending on the specific model. Titan does not have any such limits and personalities are always listed under the manufacturer name where known.
