Hello I am new to Avolites and Personality Builder. I have been trying to build a test profile. However when I try to map the attributes to the wheels I can not see anything.

I am working on A Dell PC. Builder Version 3.0

I have tried to include a picture below.

I have never seen that before. Hopefully someone else will have some suggestions. It might be important/useful to say which operating system you are using.

In the meantime you could potentially work around the problem by setting the wheel locations via the attribute properties instead.

Do you have a high-DPI (high resolution) display on your computer? If so there is a possibility that the application is not scaling correctly for your display. On Windows 10 you can right-click on the application shortcut and under the Compatibility tab change the Override high DPI scaling behaviour setting:

If that option is unavailable you can also change the scaling in Display Settings however this will affect all applications.

I am on a dell precision 5510 running windows 7. Screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. So I don't believe that to be the issue.

Windows 7 has a similar option - right click on the application or shortcut, select 'Properties' and then select the 'Compatibility' tab. Try enabling 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings' and see if that fixes it.

In Windows 7 you can check the settings in Control Panel/Display. Normally this would be set to 'Smaller -100% (default)'. Also select 'Set custom text size (DPI) and see if this is set to anything other than 100%.

 No such luck. However I can map it in the attributes tab. Thanks. Now to create my real profile. I am trying to create a profile for these awesome Wireless DMX Light bulbs. Image
Im not sure how to create the profile so that it will add in the white when color mixing. I have added pictures of the profile. Is there a way to upload the profile for someone to look at. I would like to build this myself as I want to learn. Just not sure where to go from here.

The 'Attribute ID' is the important bit here. You can find this in the attribute properties. Some of these are reserved and used in functions like colour mixing and shapes.

For 'Cool White' you need to use 'ColdWhite' and for 'Warm White' you need 'WarmWhite'. You can also use 'White' but in this case looking at the channel functions you will probably get more accurate results with CoolWhite and WarmWhite.
