D4 personality to R20

Hi, quick question... I hope.
I have a number of personalities that I wish to convert from D4 format to R20. Most are fairly new fixtures that I need to use with a Pearl 2004 therefore they aren't in R20 format already on the website.
The thing is... I can 't get the D4 personalities that I need from the website either because when I run the relevant exe file to get the D4 personality I get an error message telling me that the Diamond 4 software was not found so the fixture can't be installed. I don't want to install a file, just obtain it so that I can edit and convert it.
How can I get around this?
