I am having a problem getting my Elation EPAR-QWs to work. All the other lights I patched work except those. I can't get any light out of them. As they are the main lights in the rig, I can't do much without them.

Which mode do you have them in? Try changing the Colour Macro, Shutter, Colour Mode or Dim Spd attributes to see if any of those are set incorrectly. Alternatively patch dimmers where one of the fixtures should be and see if you can get any response.

I think there are two versions of this fixture. Unfortunately the one currently in the library is the latest version and it is not compatible with the earlier one.

I will try and add some modes for the earlier version.

Further to this I have now revised this personality with additional modes. All being well the updated version should be available in the library from tomorrow morning (GMT). If you require this before then please send an email to fixturesupport <at> avolites <dot> com and I will attach the new personality by return.

The 2.0 personality didn't work either. I think the firmware is 1.something. I will try to create my own personality next.
