i've made a personality D4 for a chinese Pointe and all works fine include macros but the zoom function only work half just from 50% to 100%. From 0% to 49% dont do nothing and it's the large open of the zoom. in the attribute of personality the range is correct, start 0 end 255 and it's a 8 bits.
I've made a test personality with 18 dimmer channel and in the channel of zoom it works perfectly from 0% to 100% (0-255).
Can somebody tell me what i'm doing wrong?

Set function DMX start 0, end 255, percentage 1dp, start 0, end 100. If that's how it is then there's no difference between that and dimmers. Perhaps other channel values affect the zoom range of the fixture? Where possible set the first function of a control to default at zero to try and solve (for example open gobo dmx start/end 0 etc.)
