I tried the request form but it keeps giving me an error and tells me to contact the admin, could you check the form?

Could you please make a personality file for the Briteq Powermatrix5x5-RGB for my Titan one?

Could you also make the R20 file, because I sometimes get jobs with a hired pearl console (2004/2008/2010/expert/expert titan).

Well you have a few option's.
1 - make the file yourself (not that hard) just use the personality builder that you can download on avolites.com
2 - i saw the manual, if you put it in 75 channel mode you can just patch 25 generic rgb fixtures and control them.
3 - wait for someone else to make the file, but this fixture takes a lot of time because it has lot's of channel's and lot's of modes

or

4) Use the one that was created and uploaded in response to the OP's email request.
