Can't submit request

Hi

I have been trying to submit a request for a personality since yesterday but I keep getting an “internal server error” message back. Is there any other way that I could submit my request please?

b) post the details here

While generally a) is much better, currently I know that the Avo folks are struggling with their email-system, thus b) might be a valid option.

Just to clarify, the form is always the best way and customers sending requests to fixturesupport are redirected to the form as it is very difficult to keep track of requests via email. However exceptions will be made if there is a problem using the form. If that is the case please mention this in the email. I'm not aware of any email problems at present.

Umm. I may have spoken too soon about there not being any problems with email. If it's urgent please post here!
