blizzard blade rgbw not responding help!!

im having trouble with patching and controlling the fixture the fixture when checked against the dmx map is fine but the fixture is not responding properly , its pan/tilt on the colour wheel blue and red , not responding to any thing else , help!! ive got a show on satUrday night !

As you say, everything appears to be correct. Which console are you using?

Please check the mode set in the fixture matches the mode you have patched.

Try setting the unit DMX mode 15ch, address 001 and connect only this directly to the console. Start a new show and patch 1x 15 DMX mode to address 001. Does this work?

If not, leave it connected like this and start another new show, this time patching 15 dimmers starting at 001. Raise dimmer 12 to full. Dimmers 6,7,8 and 9 should then control red, green, blue and white respectively. Does this work?
