Problems requesting a new personality

Hi,

I have tried a couple of times to request new personalities to be built for a generic chinese 4 Spot LED moving head. I have uploaded a PDF files with all the channel details. It initially showed as having been requested on the table and when I looked again the next morning the request has gone.

I actually asked for 4 personalities for the various DMX channels.

The fixtures are similar to the American DJ event bar but use different DMX channels.

Can you tell me why the request seem to drop off the table on the website on the following link? http://personalities.avolites.com/
