I requested a profile a couple weeks ago (GoLight Beam 200 for both Pearl 2004 and Tiger Touch). I just checked today, and it says the file is awaiting upload. How long does that usually take? I would love to get those ASAP.

The turnaround time for personalities can vary depending on workload and other support issues that may arise. Usually after a request has been set to awaiting upload it will appear on the website and the personality disk downloads the following day.

The GoLight Beam 200 is now available from the website.
