I need this fixture to work with subfixture, how can I make this change on personality builder?

To get you started quickly, why not patch it as another, similar fixture? The Generic RGBA, Mode RGBA x4 + VDim 8bit is probably what you need. Since the colorpicker/pixelmapper doesn't take amber resp. white into account, the difference between an RGBW and RGBA fixture is merely the labeling of the attribute.

However, I'd say there is none better than niclights to describe the procedure of creating subfixtures in the personality builder. He sent me a quick howto a while ago, but I wouldn't make it public without his consent. Probably Avolites should post it officially, or update the personality builder's user manual.
