HI Guys have been having problems with the personality builder. The pearl river file for the XPAR 348 has a problem with it as its normally on standard mode which is 11 dmx channels and on the personality as well but the fixture will continue to strobe even if the strobe on the wheel is all the way down to open. How do i solve this one,

Also made a fixture from an r2o file i created which works fine but as soon as i create and save it as a d4 file and patch the fixture it behaves all funny. Any help will be much appreciated

The personality is correct according to the fixture manual although I would not be surprised if that was wrong.

If you can post the exact DMX value at which the shutter channel changes from open to strobe then I can fix it.
The easiest way to do this is to patch 11 dimmers, raise 1,4,5,6,7 to full and then select channel 8 and use the wheel to increase the value slowly. Open DMX view to see the precise values being output.
