HELP FOR PERSONALITY BUILDER R20 FOR PEARL 2000

Hi @ all,
I try some day to create by myself personality for my pearl 2000.
I would like to insert PROLIGHT arcled 1107 mode 1 9ch dmx
I download Personality builder from web site and I try to follow the manual I insert name,attributes,dmx value and i connect the wheel to attribute.
Then I click to generate r20 files.
I open the pearl 2000 emulator I charge arcled 1107 just created but when I patch and click on fixture attributes nothing is visualized on display and wheel don't work....

SO I have try to open an existing and working fixture in builder and i notice that the mode is arc2d, x ch dmx.

This is not present in software....

Please help me, I would like to learn to create my fixture by myself and I don't want engage your kindly time for help me all time that I have a problems...

If you send me the (d4) file I can look and see where you might have gone wrong.

Note that the manufacturer is Prolights not Prolight. This is a common mistake - they are two different companies.

Hi Nic

Ok I send U my d4 file thanks a lot. I write prolight because in avolites fixture list are insert like prolight, but I know my problem is with prolights arcled :-)

I'm waiting your e mail.

Due to some limitations the 'Prolight' fixtures are listed under 'Prolight' and 'Prolights' are listed under 'Unknown' in the database.

hard to find... :-( the nick of the lights are quite difficult when are in his productor folder... in unknow... for me it's very difficult to find :-(

This is understood.

Unfortunately however I believe this is a limitation of the old software (and ultimately the hardware). In Titan it is not a problem but in Classic there is a maximum number of manufacturers.

I Know Nic but for me that I'm at the start of my light experience would be a little crazy to invest a lot of money in a new consolle. But I would like in future to have a new avolites With titan or other newest software :lol:
