actually the version in the library is the 15ch version and i need the 16 ch version

It is 16ch. There is a mistake in the mode name but it will work correctly.

actually when i patch the fixture and i try to locate it, it does not, and the home position is not where it suppose to be

Well, the mode is named wrongly: '15 DMX, 16 Bit' - but it's the 16ch mode (the manual doesn't mention a 15ch mode, though):

It must be the correct mode. If you have a specific problem, please name it.
