Need a personality for a SP-M184 LED Moving Heads by Surepro

I tried to create file for SP-M184 but I managed.
I have the channel mapping, just need some help with the building of the file.
I working with console Pearl2004.

Help me pls!

You're sure this is the correct DMX chart? SurePro is telling about 12 channels, with 16Bit Pan/Tilt.

I do not know what in the book says that has 7DMX Chanel and on their website that has 12DMX Channels.

If you can help me with the file 12DMX or 7DMX channels.
