The reason it was not working is because the mode name had changed.
In the showfile it is '16 DMX, 8bit'. In the modified file it is '13 DMX, 8bit'.
The software is looking to update a mode that does not exist and so nothing happens. If you change the mode name back to '16 DMX, 8bit' it will update correctly.

Nic i also have another question.
i read somewhere that Titan only uses LTP channels, but to use an Showtec Genesis 3 i really need to use the combined shutter/dimmer channel as HTP otherwise after i swithed on one of these fixtures i need to shut down the channel to black out the fixture again.
I changed this in my personality files wich i wrote for the azure a few years ago but where can i do this in the .D4 files??

I see two problems:
Most important is the conditions in the Colour attribute are wrong.
You have two 'Else' conditions with no condition statement set in either.
While the condition name is unimportant, you should only have one condition with no statement (else). All others should have a condition statement which references attribute ID and function ID
Your Colour Func attribute has attribute ID 'Colour1Func' and the following function ID's:
1- Fixed
2- Scroll
3 - Raw
So you need three conditions in attribute Colour:
1) Fixed, with condition statement Colour1Func = 1 and containing all your fixed colour functions
2) Scroll, with condition statement Colour1Func = 2 and containing your scroll functions
and either
3) Raw, with condition statement Colour1Func = 3 and containing your raw function
and
4) Else, no condition statement and no functions
or
3) Else, no condition statement and containing the raw function.
The latter option is the standard way with raw in the else condition.
The second problem is that you have only defined DMX values for Open, Green and Raw functions. Everything else starts and ends at DMX 0. There is no scroll function either.
