Trouble Building R20 Files URGENT!!

Hello. A formal introduction will be forthcoming, but for now I'm on a show and need some quick help. I just got some LED's and they're going right to use but I need to build a personality for them. I think I have it figured out but when I go to "Generate R20 Files" (Pearl 2008) it asks if I want to create a visualiser file. Whether I select Yes or No nothing happens. Unless it's saving the R20 file to some unknown location it doesn't seem to be working. If someone could help me out (fairly quickly would be amazing) I would greatly appreciate it. Even better would be to send me the necessary files, but I'll take what I can get.

They are ColorKey IP65 fixtures.
1. Dimmer
2. Strobe
3. Red
4. Green
5. Blue
6. Amber
7. Macro

I don't care about getting the macros to work or any shape generator effects or anything, I just want the console to recognize that there's a fixture attached to it instead of the 56 dimmers I'm about to have to patch. Thanks a lot!
