Please can you explain more what the problem is?
Pressing clear should clear the programmer and deselect fixtures from the editor (depending on the settings of the clear menu).
If you define values in the 'clear' field in Personality Builder then pressing clear with the fixture selected can also update attribute values. However, I don't recommend using this unless you have a very good reason.

i have a led par using this channels:
1. RED
2. GREEN
3. BLUE
4. ZOOM
i used the FIXTURE BUILDER to do the library.. everything is working fine.. instead of CLEAR FUNCTION.. in the BUILDER i selected how the LOCATE and CLEAR act.. but doesn't work..
i have read that CLEAR don't work if you create R20 file.. what else should i try to do?
THANKS

Oh, I see, sorry. Was thinking Tiger Touch, not Tiger.
You need to set Red, Green and Blue to HTP instead of LTP. You can do this in the 'Wheel Mapping' section (bottom-right tabs).
In Wheel Mapping select 'Classic Pearl' tab.
Click on attribute.
Click on the 'Channel' field in the white box. Click on the drop-down arrow and select 'HTP'.
Do this for all three colour-mixing attributes.

Note that while I do normally find it best to use HTP for colour components where the fixture doesn't have a separate dimmer, the console has a maximum of 240 HTP channels total (ie. 80x RGB with no other dimmers/fixtures) and it may slow down the closer you are to the limit.
If that becomes a problem you might have to use LTP and program cues/palettes with values at zero. With LTP you cannot fade by fader.
