It is armature Rotobar 36pc 1watts RGB leds.

I have the manual to send over

Btw., I guess the (german) manual can be downloaded here: http://www.rh-pro.de/rh_global/ebay//Be ... otobar.pdf - maybe you can crosscheck this, since the channel count is slightly different. And please know that just from the few info you gave no personality can be created.
