Hi,


I have a graphit tablet connected to the Azure 2000, I am new to it, but not to the azure!

I am Unable to determine if it working or not, I have searched avolites for help, not that much was found.


I cant get it to work.

Status for the tablet is the following.



Poer LED = Green
Mode LED = Orange
Status LED = ORange

Stylus and Puck are there. but cant confirm if they are working or not.

Please I need help with this thing, can any body help me out ??

at least to make sure its working or not!

To test if the graphic tablet is working ok, simply go to the diagnostics page under the AVO menu.
When you move the pen around the tablet (whilst pressing) you should see the x,y coordinates changing. Check that the values increment smoothly which indicates good communication between the tablet and the desk.
I'm not sure but I dont think you should have the pen and the puck plugged in together.
However make sure that the tablet is switched on and connected before powering up the desk.
Also I find the puck is much more reliable than the pen which seems to get damaged easily.
