Desk crashed

Hello, I don't know if thisbm question belong to this forum or is better to have acontact with avo team.

So this is what's has happened.

Yesterday while was in a show, the desk suddenly crashes. All the screens went to black. But the blue menu was still on the screens. To restart the desk. I have to shut down the console from the button. And in a few minutes the show restarted.

I don't have any clue. My console is a sapphire touch with v18 running and installed v19 and v19,1.

My setup is this. 3 lines goes by DMX and have 100 Ch occupied. Lines 3 through 8 goes by arnet with a highlite shownet 8/5. And I have a an arkaos mediamaster in universe 9 and 10 fully occupied.

So o think that the console has to process 3000 parameters at least.

My thoughts are:
- problems with arnet that would crash the desk?. I don't think so.
- some kind of problems with the processor. I don't have too much parameters. the console is capable to process more parameters.
- I have a CMOS battery too low warning. This could be the problem. ?.
- problems with the newer versions. With a recovery stick with v18 could fix this problem with the desinstallation of the newer versions.
