Let me introduce myself, I'm Ian Grey and have been doing backstage techy stuff on and off as a semi-pro since the 1970s. I'm pretty new to Avolites, having only worked a Rolacue for a support band back in the mists of time. (I can't even remember who it was or where it was). I'm familiar with various controls from Strand, Avab, ETC, Chamsys and Zero 88.
I occasionally get involved with a small cinema/theatre that has a Quartz desk and thought I should move beyond what random states were already in the subs from whatever the last show was. It has a reasonable rig and is investing in more LED fixtures front of house.
I'm into day 2 of the training journey and persuaded Editor Avokey to install and run on my laptop once the dongle turned up. I have to say that the faceplate labelling looks very small on my screen!
Anyway, my query is about visualisation. I already have a licensed copy of Capture set up on the PC which I currently use with Zero 88 phantom Zeros. Will that work with the Titan emulator? I appreciate there is a visualiser built in to Titan but it isn't doing anything yet for me after patching a handful of fixtures so perhaps it needs further config.

Re: Editor Avokey noob question
Yes, you can send either Streaming ACN or Art-Net to Capture, this can be configured in the DMX Settings window which can be found in the System menu. If running Titan Simulator the software will periodically output random DMX values briefly before returning to normal, if instead you run Titan Go with the Editor AvoKey you will be restricted to just DMX line of output but will not get the aforementioned DMX spoiler.
The inbuilt visualiser in Titan is also based on Capture so in principle it should be able to show the same fixtures and even load Capture project files (assuming the project file versions match). When patching fixtures should be automatically added to the internal Capture Visualiser window, this does depend on the Titan fixture personality linking to a valid Capture fixture. You can download the latest Titan fixture personality library here which also includes a copy of the Capture (Atlabase) library of fixtures for Titan to use.
