Ik have a empty showfile and i want to use prism to make a view on a dance floor by a projector. Now i got avolites titan go updated to version 17.1 and also synergy updated to version 17.1 from titan go. As i look in titan go and select the source that is viasble and then wanna patch it to a layer its says thats its a different version.
So what can this be is there someone who can help me?

Can you confirm that you have Titan Media Node v17.1 installed? Media node works with Prism whereas the Synergy Upgrade is for Ai. In Prism there should also be an option for the Synergy Version to use since it is possible to have multiple versions of Titan Media Node installed at the same time and Prism needs to know which one to run.
