ProPresenter midi to Avolites Titan

Hi guys I'm new in here. Working for a church in los Angeles as the media director.

I'm looking for some guidance on how to accomplish the following.

We are trying to send a midi signal from ProPresenter to our titan rig.

For context we have titan running on a Windows computer with a T2 interface and a titan mobile wing. We also have another computer a Mac running ProPresenter.
I have downloaded rtpmidi to the windows computer and configured network midi on the Mac. I'm able to see the computers and connect to each other.

I have tried then to set a trigger on the Mac in ProPresenter as, note=on, channel=1, intensity=127, note=C2.
The on titan, trigger, type, selected a specific cue, channel=1, all other values as they are.

But I get nothing then triggering from ProPresenter.
Any idea what I might be missing or how to debug this issue?

Which Titan version are you using? I remember there were some issues with MIDi in v12.

Next: open USB expert. Does it show rtpMidi as connected panel? When you go to the MIDI tab top-right (click on rtp do make this appear) and then click on Watch MIDi how is the result?
