Hey Everyone,

Recently i've finally got around to checking out the lights in my church that we use and we have two QTX PAR-180 RGB (154.038UK) Pars, but they haven't been working for a long time. I've honestly tried everything and just can't get them to respond to my Titan One USB with a Windows 10 Laptop running Titan. The Par's are set to 7 channel mode, and DMX'd in 1-7 and 8-12, but anytime i try to turn them on they are unresponsive. Can anyone help me please?!

Do you have a means to check if the Titan One does output DMX at all, e.g. are there other fixtures which do respond, or are these fixtures the only ones in that install? Is the Titan one flashing green, or flashing yellow? Have you assigned the output in DMX settings? Are the fixtures patched correctly?
