Avolites titan license

Hi, I am currently facing an issue with the license of the avolites titan mobile, I have got requested for the full license but currently I am using the temporary license first, it stated that it can be used for 14 days but right after programming on it, the next day after I on it, it requested for a license key again and all the programs on it was lost, may I know what is wrong or did I do the license wrongly? Thank you so much for those who answer me! I have an event coming up and I am worried that of this goes on I might not be able to get the lighting up in time.
