hi guys as i mentioned before am still a new user with the tiger touch control system.

i have a moving head that wont light its lamp, though i have manually set the lamp to light on powering it still dosent work but it still is responding to the DMX

i also have same issue with on of the LED moving heads but this one dosent have a lamp on menu.

kindly help me out

When patching the fixtures do both the fixture modes match on both the console and moving head?
Select the fixtures you want to light on and press the [ML Menu Button] - [Marcos] - [Lamp On]
Press either the locate button or change the intensity values manually.
LED fixtures should light up automatically by selecting the fixtures and hitting locate or changing the intensity values.
