Guys am new in the industry. Am in Kenya and it's just recently that we realized that the tiger touch is a good tech.
So am trying to do some self tutorials and I have realized that one of my SDJLITE 230BEAM is not responding but it's still on. I have the lamp on

Kindly give me suggestions on what to do

There was a certain Asian guy that came here to rig everything and whenever a light gave him problems he used to do something on the desk itself and it resseted to its normal functions

If you're sure the fixture is receiving DMX data, you can reset the fixture from the console by selecting the fixture and going in the ML Menu → Macros → Reset (this won't reset the settings of the fixture, like the DMX address).
