i own a samsung A5(2016) and my remote titan app won't connect to my titan mobile..The ip is shown but it won't connect..I've tried succesfully with another device (same network,pc etc) and worked just fine.Any suggestions??I've tried to disable windows firewall with no results..Any help?

As you have been able to connect to the same computer from another device it seams more likely that the issue is at the phone end. Does the phone have any kind of data management or firewall which could be restricting access? Some users have reported using static IP addresses has worked better than DHCP at times.
