Keyframe Shape Palette, is it a thing?

As the title suggest, is it possible to store Keyframe Shapes in palettes of any kind? I've read a previous topic here from 2015 saying it was not possible in v9 so I'm just looking to see if there's been a change.

still no change, but i don't think it will stay like this for a long time, maybe in 10.1
