Licence Problem

Have problems with licenc key.

Has made a recovery on the console.
Have done submitted to the Avolites for a full licennce

Has received the new, do according to the instructions.
System.....Import license .........

Console accept file from the USB stick, but still the temp license.

Have tried different USB sticks, format them in the win computer restarts consol several times
the same problem, temp licence

Anyone who has experienced the same problem?

Has written to Avolite but not received answers
