Hello all, any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to get the Titan Remote V9 app to talk to my Titan Mobile. I've tried using my tablet and also my phone, but both are having the same issue. I can see the Titan Mobile listed above the Emulator, but it is listed as an "Unknown Device" and when I click on it it constantly stays on the loading screen and never loads the show. I've also tried 3 different wireless routers, and all are having the same issue. If I change the IP address of the Mobile, I can see that reflected in the app, but still cannot connect or even have the remote recognize my Titan Mobile. And thoughts?

Console: Titan Mobile
PC: 22" All in One Touchscreen
Tablet: Lenovo Yoga Tablet(Android)
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S7(Android)

Do you have a firewall? If so try disabling.

I didn't think of that since the console was still showing up on the remote, just showing as "unknown". Will try it and see what happens. Thanks for the reply!

So after disabling the firewall, works like a charm! Thanks so much!

I'm having a similar problem. it flickered on as unknown once. I turned off the firewall but now the console wont appear in the app at all. it didn't most of the time anyway.
