Log Collector can be found under the Tools > Additional Programs menu on the console. When you click Go you will be prompted for a location to save the log file to. The logs will be saved in zip file with the name of the console and date they were taken. Save this to a Usb thumbdrive and transfer to a computer with access to the internet. If the file is too large to be sent via email please use a file transfer service such as WeTransfer or Dropbox and send us a link. You should find Ric's address in the email he sent to your Hotmail account.

Hello guys.
I took care of my problems, I had to make a recovery "Full Erase" and now my console is working without any problem. I thank everyone. Thanks.

I think this problem is now resolved, however if anyone ever needs help with fixing a "Dongle Not Found" there is a datasheet here for PC Suite software:

http://www.avolites.com/support/titan-t ... are-update

Please also email support at Avolites.com, here in the UK if you need further help.

I'm having a problem with my console.
The touch is not working and all the lights for the programs are working and it shows me a message
"please ensure you have insterted an avolites titan dongle and all panel firmware is up-to-data in usb expert console"
Can someone help me?
