Pearl 2008 license help

I have a Pearl 2008 with the unsuccessful license, have the serial number, do not think the id of the console

You should be in touch with repairs[@]avolites.com

While normally you need to apply for a licence online, that online form was not functional a few weeks back, dunno if it's back okay now. So, please write to repairs, and they will sort this out for you. Or call +44 208 965 8522 during office hours.

Hi, My Avolites Pearl 2008 was stuck on "Energising the Pearl". I replaced a RAM module and now is running but i have Invalid License.
I put PRLAVOS.DAT on an usb and i selected "Run to System = License" but now i'm stuck on Searching the drives... Looking for file PRLAVOS.DAT. What is the next step? I've read that i need the console ID to request a license but i cannot enter to the Service menu (i cannot use any key to enter to the menu cause the desk is not licensed). Thanks!

You could try putting the AVOS jumper on the motherboard to start the console up into AVOS service mode. Alternatively contact Avolites service, +44 (0) 208 955 9232, for support.

I had to format the pen again and replace the two files prlavos and prlflash...i think were corrupted. I did it and now is running.
