Name that fixture?

I've recently been clearing out our venue due to some renovations and came across some old kit, most of it I've been able to ID apart from the one below, all it has on it is 'Spectrum' as you can see but no writing beyond that and nothing inside to give anything anyway. It works in stand alone mode so if I could actually work out what it is I'd be able to add it back into our line up of working kit! Many thanks for any advice you might have!
