The on-screen keyboard will allow you to import standard image formats from your My Pictures folder or from removable USB sticks. In Windows 7 you can find the My Pictures under your Documents folder or in the Pictures library. The fourth tab on the keyboard will allow you to import images, once you have done so they will appear in the third tab under Imported.

My apologies. The Avolites icon library is in the Application Data folder under Avolites > Icon Library. However they are in a custom XML/SVG format.

In theory more could be added by copying items from your history or files you have previously imported.
