Titan Mobile Case

Postby hjige » 16 Jul 2012, 16:03

Hello!

I am sitting here with headache trying to come up with an idea for a case to build for my Titan Mobile and computer, and I was wondering if anyone want to share their solution.

I used a Peli case. I have an Apple Mac Mini, adaptors, cables, Titan Mobile and a 20" touch screen in it. Is about 20kg with everything in it but great and it has wheels built in. Currently it is on tour in Europe so is flight friendly.

I would second the pelicase option, you can pretty much order one to size.
Plus mounting the screen in the lid should be possible as well.

I keep my mobile in an Pelican 1550 LFC has a padded laptop holding pocket in the top as well as a zippered pocket for accessories. its a nice fit for the mobile with a bit of spare space for more ( I have a small wireless base for remote set up and am adding a small art net node soon) and is the largest case that is technically carry on legal per the FAA.

Not a bad lookin bag for a Mobile . Tho I do like the "hard" case the peli case provides ( I felt ok with letting it ride in the trailer on a tour with no damage) but I do feel like the peli case screams "STEAL ME SOMETHING EXPENSIVE IS INSIDE!" the backpack is more "covert"

Let me know how well it fits when you get it all set up !

check this out lads couldnt be any more impressed , there might even be a little room for a couple tshirts (free avolites ones if any staff is listening lol) or a small touch monitor

i was trying to up load some images but no luck , but basically the middle compartment is the perfect size for the controller (fluked) with space to pack out the netted part very impressed

its still pretty light and it just looks like a common trolley bag not to mention is lock able too

maybe we should start a dj style 'whats in your bag!
