cant log in on PC ?

hi. I am a registerd user obviously, but i cant loged in when i use any computer. I am sending this post via my handphone. I am not doing any mistake in username and password but the error appears every time " PASSWORD CASE SENSATIVE ". I even used Caps but no use. What mistake i am doing ?.
